Can Breathing Clean Air Enhance Your Energy??? I have to chuckle at this one….the answer is YES!
Did you know YOUR Lungs are made up of 1 billion tiny cells? YES, I said 1 BILLION! You inhale/exhale approximately 130,000 cubic inches of air per day! One hundred and twenty-five , 125 barrels of blood a day flow through YOUR lungs during the exchange of carbon dioxide for oxygen. The air we breath furnishes the oxygen necessary for the bodily processes that sustain our lives. YOU WANT TO BREATHABLE AIR!!!
So to get fresh air with this practical advice –
1) Get outdoors everyday (no matter the temperature). Take three deep breathes…INHALE…..EXHALE…..
INHALE…..EXHALE…..
INHALE….EXHALE…..
2) Try exercising outside – Brisk Walk, jog, gardening, dancing
3) Ok now, this is for everyone that uses the A/C…the air conditioner. Most A/Cs recycle stale air. Just try this….Turn off – your air conditioner and open your window in the early morning, then shut the windows before the temperature rises by 9am. Use the ceiling fan fro cross ventilation.
4) Proper posture when sitting, walking, and breathing. Sit up straight with your shoulders back. Work on your core 24×7 by pulling your belly button towards your spine. As a result, you will ensure proper & deep breathing; achieve a strong core, flatter stomach, and better posture! It’s All Good!
